This program aims to delve into the major allegations and contributing factors that have led to plastic surgery claims over the past fifteen years.

Our objectives are to identify these critical factors, implement effective risk mitigation strategies, and enhance patient selection and informed consent practices to reduce the likelihood of future claims.

Additionally, we will focus on enhancing cultural competence among healthcare providers and addressing implicit bias in clinical encounters, which are crucial steps in improving patient care.
